After Hours Chat: Case Study – Lessons Learned from a Troubled Food Retail Mobile App Project

During this talk, you will hear a case study of a food retail mobile app project that was “off the rails,” the remediating actions taken, the resulting outcome, and the lessons learned.

Rob is currently an Agile Software Delivery Lead at World Wide Technology providing a layer of best-practice project management around engaged teams of software and mobile application developers to deliver valuable outcomes to customers. He has worked numerous projects for customers in the banking/financial services, healthcare, NASCAR, food retail, and energy industries. He is passionate about building strong teams so they can achieve amazing results.  Rob previously served on the PMI Metro St. Louis Board of Directors as the first Director of Mentoring and later as VP of Membership. He holds current PMP and PMI-ACP certifications.
