She has a B.S. in Biology and an MBA from University of Missouri and over 30 years of experience in project and portfolio management leading several Product Development, Business Process Optimization, and Mergers,

Acquisitions, & Integration projects across several industries. Six years ago she founded Grow Empower Motivate, a women in leadership group within IPM and continues to be inspired by her colleagues while leading this group today. She has had her PMP certification since 2005 and currently volunteers on the Metro St. Louis PMI Chapter and with a tech startup, Simply Foster. Director of Mentoring Matt Ingram is a project manager with Charter Spectrum. He has more than ten years of experience in Information Technology. It’s actually way, way more than ten years, but who’s counting? He has a B.S in Computer Science, a graduate certificate in Systems Architecture, and professional certifications in project management, software quality, and systems engineering.
