Speaker: Stan Ponder and Leena Mulchandani

 Stan Ponder is currently a Principal Technical Program Manager at Mastercard, co-leading the Program Management Guild for the organization. Guilds were founded in 2018 to support the job families across Mastercard, provide growth opportunities and establish consistency across programs. Prior to joining Mastercard, Stan was a Client Manager and Principal Consultant, and has also been a Product Owner/Manager, Instructional Designer and started his career as an Educator and Principal in the K-12 realm. He will tell you any success he has had is largely due to those around him. In his spare time, Stan enjoys time with his family and two boys, writing, reading, hiking and talking about himself in the third person. You can read some of his work on Medium as well.
