Justin Holtgrave, PMP, is a Senior Project Management Consultant at Integrated Project Management (IPM). He has a B.S. in Biological Sciences with over 10 years of experience working with pharmaceutical companies and research labs in the area of bio decontamination focusing on high-risk projects. During his time at IPM Justin as worked on pharmaceutical new product development projects.

Rob Neufelder, PMP, in a Managing Director for Integrated Project Management (IPM). He has led projects, teams, and organizations for more than 35 years across a diverse group of industries. For the past 23 years he has been a consultant and a member of the leadership team at Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. Rob holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and completed the University of Notre Dame’s Executive Integral Leadership course. Additionally, Rob earned his Project Management Professional certificate in 2005.
