Organizational culture is an important contributor to the project success rate within an organization.  This presentation is designed to help PMs better understand organizational culture and provide some insights in to how to assess a culture so that they may better navigate through it to increase the likelihood of project success.  Bob & Jennifer will introduce the lexicon of organizational culture, share some background on assessment methods, and share some of their recent experiences with organizational culture in the context of project management. 

Jennifer Williams is a Senior Project Management Consultant at Integrated Project Management Company.  She has a B.S. in Biology and over 20 years of experience in project management, marketing, and analytical biochemistry.  She has proven track record of success in pharmaceutical, medical device, and chemical production and enjoys leading even the most challenging of teams.  She has had her PMP certification since 2014 and is a board member of Healthy Lands Healthy People, a non-profit dedicated to land management and education.

Bob Faneuff is a Senior Project Management Consultant at Integrated Project Management Company.  He has a B.S. in Behavioral Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an M.S. in Operations Research from the Air Force Institute of Technology.  Bob has over 30 years of hands-on and leadership experience across the fields of personnel psychology, scientific analysis, Quality Management, manpower & personnel, field service, and project management for new drug and medical device development.  He earned a Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt certification through Villanova University in 2011, and a PMP certification in 2012.
