Power Skills

Team building is a kind of art. Good and effective team building is the ability to turn a group of individuals into an organized system working towards a common goal.

The importance of team development is difficult to overestimate, the ability to form an effective team is probably one of the most important key competencies of a successful project manager.

You’ll never accomplish great goals on your own, that’s why building a team is something you’ll have to do quite often as a project manager. There are lots of strategies and general advice on how to make your team effective, and where to find the right people.
