Deana Pape is a Director of Operations at Integrated Project Management Company. She has a B.S. in Biology and an MBA from University of Missouri and over 20 years of experience in project and portfolio management leading several Product Development, Business Process Optimization, and Mergers, Acquisitions & Integration projects. She has had her PMP certification since 2005.

Darren Moe has 7 years of leadership experience and held several project and program roles in the United States Army with experience in risk management, planning budget management and strategic planning. Since joining the civilian sector in 2013 he has worked on several projects ranging from pharmaceutical drug development, project portfolio support, mergers and acquisition and business technology system selection and implementation.
