Rob is currently a Delivery Lead for World Wide Technology – Application Services providing a layer of best-practice project management around engaged agile teams of software and mobile application developers to deliver valuable outcomes to customers.  He has had the pleasure to serve engineers, developers, and architects in both plan-driven and agile projects. He is passionate about building strong teams and helping them grow so, together, they can achieve amazing results.
He holds current PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, and ITIL v3 certifications.  He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management.

 
Heather is currently the Director for Agile Software Delivery at World Wide Technology – Application Services providing strategic and operational oversight to the Delivery Leadership Practice and over 40 agile software delivery teams.  Combining leadership and a layer of best-practice project management around engaged agile teams the World Wide Delivery Leadership Practice is focused on delivering valuable outcomes to customers including industry-leading and Fortune 500 companies.  Throughout her 22-year career, Heather’s focus has been on leadership and building strong teams.  She worked for the Department of Defense and for clients in various industries including banking/financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, and retail.
