Aaron Burger is a Project Management Consultant at Integrated Project Management Company (IPM). He has a B.S in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri. Aaron spent the 8 years of his career in a large CPG company manufacturing operations. During this time, he gained experience in continuous improvement methodology, capital and operational optimization project management, and organizational management. Since joining IPM Aaron has led projects including manufacturing relocation, technology ecosystem assessment, facilities consolidation, and M&A due diligence.

Rachel Trumpy is a Senior Project Management Consultant at Integrated Project Management Company (IPM).  She has a B.S in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Kansas State University and obtained her PMP back in 2015. Rachel’s experience is in the pharmaceutical industry working on capital equipment, new product development, and regulatory submissions.
