Nothing is more painful than sitting in a room full of brilliant people who keep turning out the same ideas over and over again. During this presentation, we will work through different techniques for brainstorming that will change the way these brilliant employees approach the same question to result in new and innovative ideas. The proof will be when we perform these same techniques on a group of PMP’s early in the morning with limited caffeine intake, and develop new restaurant ideas.

MAIN PRESENTER: Rachel Trumpy, PMP, Project Management Consultant - Integrated Project Management Company, Inc.

Rachel Trumpy is a Project Management Consultant at Integrated Project Management Company (IPM).  She has a B.S in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Kansas State University and obtained her PMP back in 2015. Rachel’s experience is in the pharmaceutical industry working on capital equipment, new product development, and regulatory submissions.
