What does it mean to be a leader in an Agile environment? What do you need to know? And how do you show up to support the team in the most effective way? In this interactive session we will cover some of the core concepts and skills leaders and their teams need to succeed in an agile environment.

MAIN PRESENTER: Jolene Jangles

Jolene is the founder and leadership coach for Balanced Agility.  She strongly believes in people’s greatness and spent the last 20 years focused on helping others achieve more while delivering great products. As a lean/agile practitioner and Co-Active coach she works with individuals, teams and organizations to reach higher levels. Using the right balance of teaching, mentoring and coaching she spreads her passion hoping to ignite the greatness she sees in others. 

 

To reach more people she speaks regularly at conferences and user groups around the country. Most recently she spoke at Agile 2018, Lean Agile KC 2018, Agile Midwest 2018, KC PDD 2017 and St. Louis Agile LINC. She is a Certified Training from the BACK of the Room instructor, IC Agile certified instructor and Certified Co-Active Professional Coach.
