The challenges of managing a complex, interdependent portfolio of development projects may be met by harnessing a palette of tools and techniques including MSP, Office Timeline Plus, and Microsoft Power BI.  The presenters will discuss how to model complex interdependencies, scope the fog, enable well-informed communication, and identify key resource constraints.

MAIN PRESENTERS: Jennifer Williams, PMP, Senior Project Management Consultant - Integrated Project Management Company and Aaron Burger, Project Management Consultant - Integrated Project Management Company (IPM)

Jennifer Williams is a Senior Project Management Consultant at Integrated Project Management Company. She has a B.S. in Biology and over 20 years of experience in project management, marketing, and analytical biochemistry. She has proven track record of success in pharmaceutical, medical device, and chemical production and enjoys leading even the most challenging of teams. She has had her PMP certification since 2014 and is a board member of Healthy Lands Healthy People, a non-profit dedicated to land management and education.

Aaron Burger is a Project Management Consultant at Integrated Project Management Company (IPM). He has a B.S  in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri. Aaron spent the 8 years of his career in a large CPG company manufacturing operations. During this time he gained experience in continuous improvement methodology, capital and operational optimization project management, and organizational management. Since joining IPM Aaron has led projects including manufacturing relocation, technology ecosystem assessment, facilities consolidation, and M&A due diligence.
