CHESTERFIELD BREAKFAST MEETING
The phrase “change management” is popping up in more and more discussions about project management, though its definition varies with whomever is talking about it. Is it something project managers should embrace and, if so, why? In this discussion we’ll define change management, explain its fundamental components, and describe how project managers benefit by using it in their projects. As an example, we’ll explain how change management contributed to the success of the largest public works project in the history of St. Louis, the expansion of what is now St. Louis-Lambert International Airport. Attendees will walk away with an understanding of what change management is and how it can help them.
