MAPLEWOOD AFTER HOURS MEETING
Your organizational skills as a project manager can come in very handy to a non-profit and you will learn more about leadership in a few years than you will in a decade of managing projects. Leading volunteers is the most rewarding and challenging leadership position most will ever undertake. What I learned over the past two decades working with non-profits has made me a much more effective project manager and leader. We will talk about leading with invitation, influence, and gratitude. You’ll learn leadership techniques that can help you achieve higher performing project teams.
