Join Rob Neufelder, a Managing Director for Integrated Project Management (IPM)and Brian Donovan a Project Management Consultant as they share insights on why Followership is important and when to apply it. 

PRESENTERS:

Rob Neufelder has led projects, teams, and organizations for more than 30 years, with the last 20 of those years as a consultant at Integrated Project Management Company, Inc.  Rob holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and completed the University of Notre Dame’s Executive Integral Leadership course.  Additionally, Rob earned his Project Management Professional certificate in 2005. 

Brian Donovan is a Project Management Consultant at Integrated Project Management Company (IPM).  He has a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Saint Louis University, an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Louisville, and over ten years of experience as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army.  In his time with IPM, Brian’s emphasis has been in life sciences/pharmaceutical drug development in which he guides pre-proof of concept drugs from discovery/collaboration through clinical trials.
