How to Monitor and Control Agile Projects

Are you an agile project manager or scrum master experiencing challenges managing costs and schedule on agile projects?  This workshop will show how to use various tools, such as burn up charts, cumulative flow diagrams (CFDs), and cycle-time scatter plot diagrams, to effectively communicate project health to stakeholders.  Don't want to miss it!

About our presenter: Rob Kurtz is currently an Agile Software Delivery Lead at World Wide Technology providing a layer of best-practice project management around engaged teams of software and mobile application developers to deliver valuable outcomes to customers.  He has worked numerous projects for customers in the banking/financial services, healthcare, NASCAR, food retail, and energy industries.  He is passionate about building strong teams so they can achieve amazing results.  Rob previously served on the PMI Metro St. Louis Board of Directors as the first Director of Mentoring later as VP of Membership.  He holds current PMP and PMI-ACP certifications.
