Melissa Scott, PMP is the Director of Mentoring for the PMI Metro St. Louis chapter.  She leads a team of volunteers running the mentoring program for the chapter.

She is a Program Manager in Global Product Supply, for Bayer in St. Louis. In her current role, she has led multiple Digital Transformation and IT integration projects. Prior experience includes working as a Project Manager at Boeing for multiple military aircraft programs.

Matthew Ingram, PMI-ACP has more than 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field.

He graduated from SIU Edwardsville and the University of Southern California and holds certifications in Systems Engineering, Software Quality, CyberSecurity, Agile Development, and Project Management.
