Over the last year, we have experienced a drastic shift in how we interact, communicate, and manage our project teams. This roundtable discussion will be focused on what we have learned and practical tips for being successful in the increasingly remote workplace.
Presenters:
Richard Flood is a Project Management Consultant at Integrated Project Management Company (IPM). He has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. Richard spent 12 years as a Manufacturing Engineer in multiple factories and the past 15 years of his career in managing Industrialization projects for a large global company. During this time, he gained experience working with people of different cultures and in different time zones via face to face and remote collaboration. He has led projects involving new product design, new factory design and build, product transfers, and M&A integrations.
Darren Moe is a Director of Operations at Integrated Project Management Company. He has a BS in International Relations from the United States Military Academy at WestPoint and a Master’s from Webster University in Business Organization and Security Management. He has 15 years of experience successfully leading a wide range of transformational projects in pharmaceutical drug development, project portfolio support, mergers and acquisition and is formerly a Principal Consultant in business technology system.
